Marisa Smith Alberts is a perceptual artist residing in Lancaster, PA.  She is moved by her surroundings and explorations of going inward revealing the sensations of the reality of nature through the revelations of drawing and painting.

 

She received a BFA from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, interned at Keystone Art & Culture Center, and has attended residential summer programs and workshops with the Mount Gretna School of Art, Black Pond Studio and Penn Studio School.  Her work has been shown regionally and in New York City including a juror’s award from Barbara Grossman in 2014.
